You will usually have up to 24 hours to cancel your order after purchasing, provided you have not received a despatch confirmation. If your products have been despatched, in order to receive a refund it is your responsibility to return the products to us in an undamaged condition.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order and would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email@example.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for any orders that are damaged or lost whilst in transit or after being delivered, or where delivery has been delayed by the courier.

Due to the handmade nature of our bean to bar artisan chocolate, we require up to 5 working days to process and despatch your order.
All orders made and processed between Monday and Friday 3pm will be despatched by Saturday morning via Royal Mail standard 1st class delivery.
Any orders placed and processed after the cut off of 3pm on Friday will be despatched the next available Saturday via Royal Mail standard 1st class delivery.
We provide free standard postage for all UK orders.
As stated above, we require up to 5 working days to process and despatch your order.
EU orders will be despatched via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £5. Non-EU International orders will be despatched via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £7.
